The brat (pronounced brawt) was a traditional cloak worn across early Ireland, used for warmth, shelter, and even as a blanket on long journeys. We’ve brought that history forward in a shorter, more versatile silhouette — designed to sit just above the hip for easy layering.

Fully reversible, with a delicate linen tie at the neck, this piece offers endless styling options: wear it draped, knotted, or left open for an easy, cocoon-like effect. The weight of the Donegal tweed makes it feel like wrapping yourself in a blanket, while the crisp linen lining keeps it light and breathable.

To preserve its texture, colour and structure, we recommend dry cleaning only. Care Instructions: Dry clean only. If needed, gently blot minor spills with a clean, dry cloth, taking care not to rub the fabric. Store in a cool, dry place and use a padded hanger or fold neatly when not in use.
