Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items purchased online or in-store within 14 days of fulfilment.

For online orders, this period begins from the date of delivery.
For in-store purchases, or orders collected via our pick-up option, the 14-day period begins once your item has been collected.

Returned items must be posted back within the applicable returns window.

We do not offer free returns. If you choose to return an item for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and clean
  • In perfect, re-sellable condition
  • With all original garment tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

Please try items on with care. Any items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own cost.

If you wish to return part of a set, the entire set must be returned in perfect condition in order to receive a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Items Excluded from Returns

We are unable to offer returns on the following:

  • Sale items or items where a promotional code has been applied
  • Donegal Tweed pieces
  • Bespoke or bridal orders
  • Tailored suits, jackets and trousers

Returns via Our Online Portal

All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal.

You have 14 days from the date of fulfilment (delivery or collection) to register an eligible return, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us once your return has been approved.

Once submitted, your return will be reviewed against our eligibility criteria. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Returns that are not registered through the portal, or that fall outside the stated timeframes, will not be accepted.

Cancelling Orders

Due to our sustainably driven, made-to-order model, our production team begin processing orders quickly.

We are only able to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
Any card transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
