The coat that at the centre of The Gathering Season.

Made in House Check, our own navy and thistle military check Irish linen, it is a full-length, double-breasted overcoat with the kind of weight and drape that changes how you walk. The check is bold up close and reads almost as a solid from across a room, which is exactly what we wanted.

It is fully lined in tumbled ivory linen, and the cuffs are made to be turned back so that lining shows: a flash of cream against all that navy. Nine black horn buttons run down the front, and deep welt pockets sit exactly where your hands want to be.

Wear it open over the whole collection, or thrown over jeans and a white shirt. This is a coat to keep.

The model is 5'8 and wearing a size S/M.

Linen softens and grows more beautiful with age, which is one of the reasons we love it so much. We recommend either hand washing or machine washing at 30°C separately. Leave to air dry naturally, then press with a warm iron if desired. Do not tumble dry.

Our made to order pieces have a production time of 3-4 weeks.
