Donegal Tweed for Women

Donegal tweed is the cloth we reach for when the year turns: an all-wool cloth woven in County Donegal by Molloy & Sons, known for its fleck, the small bursts of colour spun into the yarn so that a navy reads as sea and sky rather than a single flat shade.

Tweed was traditionally cut for men. We cut it for women, and we cut it our own way: the Tweed Jacket with its oversized bow at the back, the Raglan Coat, the Keeper Tail Coat and the Amy Coat. Every piece is fully lined in Irish linen and made to order in Ireland, in three to four weeks.

This season the collection also includes two pieces in Irish tweed from Mourne Textiles in County Down: the Locking Up Jacket and The Shawl.
