A tailored trouser with a little room for adjustment. Cut in heavyweight charcoal and ivory pinstripe Irish linen, the Sunday Suit Trousers have a button fastening at the waist that lets you choose how they sit: fastened, they sit at the waist; loosened, they rest lower on the waist or hips.

A button placket fly completes the front, while the weight of the linen gives the tailoring substance. They share their cloth with the oversized Sunday Suit Jacket.

Wear the two together for the full suit, or pair the trousers with the soft ivory Choir Practice Shirt. Sunday best, with plenty of days in between.

Linen softens and grows more beautiful with age, which is one of the reasons we love it so much. We recommend either hand washing or machine washing at 30°C separately. Leave to air dry naturally, then press with a warm iron if desired. Do not tumble dry.

Our made to order pieces have a production time of 3-4 weeks.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

A heavyweight Irish linen, charcoal with a fine ivory stripe.

The good suit was the one kept for Sundays: dark cloth, a fine stripe, pressed the night before. We wanted that sense of occasion without the stiffness, so the stripe is woven in a heavy Irish linen, with the weight to hold a tailored line and the ease of linen once it is on.

It softens the more it is worn. The jacket is lined in ivory Irish linen, the colour of the stripe. Wear the two together, or each with something you already love.
