    We are so delighted to introduce a big new step for us as a brand by introducing Donegal Tweed to our core collection. 

    An expansion of our deep love and passion for Irish textiles and keeping our rich heritage alive- originating in Co Donegal, this fabric has for centuries been woven by hand, mirroring the rugged, beautiful landscapes it hails from.

    The Tweed Jacket is a contemporary twist on a traditional double breasted suit jacket. When designing this piece, the goal was to strike the balance between feeling like you'd thrown on your Grandad's tweed jacket with a sense of elegance and femininity. We think we've achieved the balance with the boxy fit and shoulder pads, contrasted with the oversized bow that hangs beautifully down the back along with extra volume in the cut that allows for a beautiful swing when moving. 

    Fully lined with a beautiful striped tumbled linen which creates a beautiful finish and extra warmth for the winter months. 

    Crafted from authentic Donegal tweed in a rich navy fleck. Fully lined with a navy stripe soft tumbled Irish linen Signature oversized linen bow at the back Double-breasted front with button fastening Softly structured shoulders and gentle flare through the body Designed and made in Ireland

    This Kindred of Ireland piece is crafted from Donegal tweed, a fabric valued for its depth, durability and enduring character. To preserve its texture, colour and structure, we recommend dry cleaning only.

    Care Instructions:  Dry clean only. If needed, gently blot minor spills with a clean, dry cloth, taking care not to rub the fabric. Store in a cool, dry place and use a padded hanger or fold neatly when not in use.
